The flag of BBP, in proportions 2:3, shows a white crescent pointing upwards and a rose over it on red field. The party websitestates that the crescent represents the light that enlights the dark and the alternative to the new world regime that is based on imperialism and oppression. The rose is a symbol that reminds Prophet Muhammed and the noble values that were introduced by Him, and refusing defeatism, grudge and oppression. The emblem of the party was officially presented in December 1992
